Haiku Collection

I had this idea in mind my for a long time. I wanted to work on some bunnies inspired by my pet bunny, the cute Haiku who stood by me sadly just for 6 years.

It took me by surprise when she went away but this idea got stuck into my heard lingering until  I’ve found a way to get it out.

Also I was planing for a while to try this new style in which I would hand stitch all the face elements. It’s so fun and it has endless possibilities  and it also adds even more cuteness to my toys.

These balls of cuddling beauties, cotton-candy-honey-bunnies are the result.

The latest custom order – A cool girl turned into a cool toy!

It took me by surprise that this idea of making toys out of real people had such a good response through my customers.

I’m starting to get more and more orders and it gets more and more fun.

It’s pretty simple, I get few pictures of that person and I make a mini version of him or her, a funny soft toy that keeps some of that persons features and expression.

Basically I’m like a cartoon filter in a photo app  🙂

Eyecandy @ Street Delivery 2014

Just a week ago Street Delivery took place at the same lovely spot in Bucharest –  Painter Arthur Verona Street, famous already for this event.

I had the pleasure to make a special monstrous Logo for ROD-Carturesti for their tent at this event. Soon the logo will be transformed into 3 kids stools. That weekend the kids wanted to sit and play with the logo so it came out as the right solution after.

Also at Street Delivery I had shown three of my new cats plus few other older monsters.
